Join our team.Your role at Clorox:As an Accountant within our Corporate Accounting Team, you will play a key role in supporting cross-functional partners performing monthly and quarterly close responsibilities in accordance with U.S. GAAP.In this role, you will:Perform monthly and quarterly accounting close activities.Perform Balance Sheet account reconciliations.Support process improvement opportunities that improve the overall efficiency within your area.Monthly internal controls execution.Provide timely external and internal audit support, as needed.Support special project work as required.What we look for:Good analytical accounting skills.Understanding of US GAAP and financial statements.Ability to communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal.Prioritization and strong attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in teams and with cross-functional partners.Proficient in PC Applications (Microsoft Office preferred).SAP knowledge preferred.Bachelor degree.3-4 years of experience in Accounting.Workplace type: Hybrid - 2 to 3 times per week.We seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences.
