You like things to look good and be of high quality.**Responsibilities**- Enters authorisations in ClearCare to allow for correct billing- Liaises with case managers from insurance companies regarding authorizations issued for patient services performed- Billing: Review, verify, and finalize care logs within AlyaCare to ensure they have been recorded correctly for billing and invoicing purposes.- Payroll: Review, verify and finalize care logs within AlyaCare to ensure they have been recorded correctly for payroll purposes.- Ensure electronic submissions are properly processed and follow up or correct with any issues.- Following up by phone with Insurance provider services to correct any claim issues for partial or non-payment.- Syncing of Invoices and Receipts in AlyaCare to QuickBooks- Processing of accounts payable invoices and payments into QuickBooks- Preparing monthly profit and loss and balance sheet reports, and other KPI reports as required.- Keeping cashflow spreadsheet up to date**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience- +8 years' experience in small business accounting- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Advanced English) required- Strong attention to detail and methodical and logical thinking- Knowledge- Work from Site in Cancun**About Us**At Zeabe we believe that life is about living not just existing.
