In this role you will provide administrative support to the International Controller of AMR Direct Mx by ensuring that documents are provided by each department to justify request for payments; reconciling balance sheets on a monthly basis; generating reports and filing taxes.**A successful Accountant will**:- Ensure that month end closing is completed accurately, and reports are generated on time.- (AP reports. Bank commission and payments).- Provide accurate reconciliation of all Balance Sheet controls accounts with complete back up material for the controller´s review on a monthly basis (Blackline).- Record travel expenses in SAP system.- Payment complement (SAT requirement).- Payment's scan.
