Digital Forensics Corp. is seeking a talented individual that can provide support to both accounting and legal departments for matters including, but not limited to:Utilizing QuickBooks accounting software to handle accounts payable and receivable, payroll, bank and credit card reconciliation to ensure accuracy, data entry, and perform any other bookkeeping duties as assigned.**Requirements**:Ability to prioritize work assignments and meet strict deadlines.- Strong detail, analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment while following detailed instructions.- Perform various administrative functions including preparing and maintaining spreadsheets and various agreements, faxing, filing, copying, travel arrangements as necessary, help with answering phones and other general office duties as needed.- Strong organizational skills, maintaining employee records and time log- Maintain client confidentiality and perform the required duties in a professional manner.- Providing support to other areas of the business/department as needs arise.- Coordinating and organizing research across internal departmentsThis is the perfect opportunity for someone who is organized, detail orientated, and has a passion for learning!Experience using QuickBooks Accounting is a mustProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Quick learner with a strong desire to learn more and stretch outside their comfort zoneStrong analytical skills with ability to organize data and documents with close attention to detailMust be able to handle large and diverse workloadStrong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with ability to interface with all levels of the organizationFlexibility with hoursAbility to handle confidential information sensitively and discreetlyHighly motivated self-starter with the ability to effectively prioritize and balance multiple projects.Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
