We are Farfetch For All.The roleWith excellent analytical skills and deep accounting knowledge, the accounting lead will beresponsible for accounting entries, will actively participate in the accounting month-end closing ofFarfetch Mexico, will assist in reconciliations and will ensure that accounting principles / locallegislation/group's policy is being followed, with the goal of meeting month-end close with qualitywithin the deadline.You will work on a dynamic team who challenges current ways of working, driving efficiencies andcomplying with local regulationWHAT YOU'LL DO- You will be a key contributor in Farfetch Mexico month-end closing process, supervising a Big 4 who posts the accounting entries, to ensure that all accounting entries done by the external provider are correct and meet the group month-close deadline.- You will reconcile main accounts, review account reconciliation, and- maintain accurate financial records.- You'll be the accountant responsible for signing Farfetch Mexico's legal- obligations, such as the balance sheet/tax report.- You will help on payroll matters, such as creating payroll payment requests to- the global Treasury team.- You will have the possibility of working on Farfetch Brazil and the headquarters projects.- You will collaborate with various internal groups to provide accurate, timely,- and comprehensive solutions to measure, recognize and report all- transactions on the balance sheet.- You will give support on discussions with external advisors, such as a discussion on Farfetch Mexico's business model with a Big 4.- You will be responsible for various administrative functions such as storing- Farfetch Mexico's computers and other electronic devices and deliver these devices to new employees.WHO YOU ARE- Bachelor's degree in accounting/business- 5+ years of accounting/business experience- Knowledge on Mexico's accounting rules and tax obligations- English advanced level - mandatory- Quick learner with the ability to achieve successful results with limited- supervision.- Accountability, problem-solving and team-oriented.- Comfortable in a dynamic environment that changes as business evolves and requires partner cross-functionally.- High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing projects and priorities simultaneouslyBefore Applying
