Accountant I - Invoicing Analyst

**Career Area**:Accounting**Daily perform issuance of tax invoices, retrieving data from Oracle to issue locally or send to the corresponding vendor, to issue the tax receipts.Daily solve salesforce request of manual invoices or credit balances in Oracle, making sure the corresponding approvals are in place.Ensure the manual invoices are created under the correct accounting guideline, to ensure the accuracy of the entry.Perform reconciliations between Oracle/Arcon and the corresponding tax receipt; solve any differences identified.Assure the billing process completes without errors, and log ticket and follow up on any issue identified.Work actively with other areas as Customer Service and Cash Application to get needed documents and respond to users requests outside of a normal billing period.Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO).Not ready to apply?
