TE Connectivity's Accounting Teams develop, implement and/or maintain one or more accounting systems: Journal entries, General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Revenue Reconciliation, Cash Flows, etc.
in accordance with GAAP policies and procedures.
They also design operational procedures and processes that meet audit standards and improve efficiency.

Activities
Recurring activities:
Weekly estimates and cost/benefit analysis
Review of savings projects
Monitoring of variable and fixed expenses
Weekly reports such as efficiency report, personnel, etc.
PPV analysis
Journal entries preparation, among other month-end activities
Preparation of presentations to show and explain results.
Floor audits to identify opportunities in the control of company assets.
Costing Maintenance, and reviews.
Forecast preparation
Preparation of annual Budget
Cost per hour estimates and analysis
Participation in annual inventory of raw material
Training practitioners

- In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

**Education**:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics.
