We are in search of an **_Accountant _**to manage, coordinate and execute the necessary activities to carry out the correct registration of accounting operations, tax calculations and payroll review, Treasury activities and support, accounts payable and REPSE Activities guaranteeing the accurate and timely Financial Statements.
**Key Objectives**:
- Register and verify the correct and timely accounting record of the entity's operations
- Prepare in a timely manner the payment of State and Federal taxes of the entities assigned to your position.
- Participate actively with the other team members to achieve the objectives
- Quality in the development of their work with a low level of supervision
**Qualifications**:
- Accounting degree
- Vast domain of TRESS system, Office, Government platforms.
SAP is desirable.
- Analytical skills
- English domain 70%
- Responsible, Professional ethic and assertive communication skills.
- Commitment and flexible schedule availability
- 2 to 3 years in Finance department in the Maquiladora Industry or Accounting Firm.
Experiência y requisitos
**Responsibilities**:
- Register and correctly process the accounting of the Company regarding income, expenses, treasury and fixed assets in the ERP system
- Prepares reconciliations of balance accounts, for a correct closing of the month and annual
- Process and correctly calculate taxes and annual and monthly tax reports, federal and state
- Process and correctly calculate eveything related with Social Security and Infonavit
- Preparation and presentation of compensations and returns of balances in favor of VAT
- Prepare and present the monthly and annual statistical information of INEGI
- Prepare and adapt the catalog of accounts as well as the balance for the presentation of Electronic Accounting
- Review the correct processing and calculation of payroll taxes, including provisions for benefits to be accrued as well as employer taxes
- Prepares all types of reports required for internal and external purposes
- Provide to Corporate office the information on tax provisions as well as maintaining the necessary support in the integration of balance sheet accounts
- Coordinate on a monthly basis the correct filling of the necessary documents for the audit
- Follow-up to procedures established by the company
- Reviews in a timely manner the inscriptions to the Federal Register of Taxpayers of the employees
- Review the registration of new REPSE suppliers to the corresponding portal as their maintenance and monthly review
- Adherence to Brady's Quality System and Good Manufacturing Practices.
