Your analytical skills are on point (if you've been an Auditor you know what we are talking about). You are in charge of recording all fees and utilities, handling accounts payable and accounts receivable, and taking care of work orders (enter and review them as well as invoicing). Without your attention to detail and data entry skills, decisions could not be made in other departments because your work impacts our entire company; you are a curious individual who wants to understand how systems and processes work. You ensure all data is entered accurately and all payments and charges are correctly processed so you can send constant reports to other areas. You help establish the integrity of the information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.You communicate with team members effectively to find solutions to day to day situations and you work with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate recording of payments and processing. You also take care of reconcile accounts daily to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance, process concessions and prepare monthly client's statements
