You'll be responsible for ensure travel expenses are properly recorded through account reconciliations and month-end accruals, according to expense recognition corporate account policy.
.This hybrid role is located in Queretaro with the expectation to be in the office 3 days per week / 2 days at home office – subject to change .

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing Account reconciliation: Perform account reconciliation and follow up on open items, ensuring accurate financial records.
Corporate credit card and bank reconciliation: Conduct corporate credit card account reconciliations and bank reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
Travel and expenses management: Ensure timely expense recognition for flights, manage accrual records, and perform expense reclassifications as needed.
Analysis, reporting and compliance: Conduct basic analysis and generate reports to meet government and statutory requirements.
Perform compliance/control testing to ensure internal controls are properly implemented, and provide support to internal finance users when needed.
We're Looking for Someone With Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finances or related.
English proficiency, capable of maintaining business conversations.
1 year of experience.
Intermediate - Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and Power Point.
Must have the ability to manage conflicting/changing priorities with tight deadlines.
Strong teamwork skills and customer service oriented.
