We do this by creating a customized remote team based in Guadalajara.Work with U.S. based accounting team to support customer billing and carrier payable accounting operations.- What you'll do in a typical week:_- Contact carrier partners and/or receivers for legible trip paperwork.- Index images of trip paperwork.- Member of AR collections team.- Invoice customers.
Update and use customer payment portals for billing as needed.- Assist the accounting department as needed.- Ability to achieve goals set forth by management.- Attends work consistently and punctually.
Requests time off per policy.- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.Requirements
