We do this by creating a customized remote team based in Guadalajara.
Work with U.S. based accounting team to support customer billing and carrier payable accounting operations.
- What you'll do in a typical week:_
- Contact carrier partners and/or receivers for legible trip paperwork.
- Index images of trip paperwork.
- Member of AR collections team.
- Invoice customers.
Update and use customer payment portals for billing as needed.
- Assist the accounting department as needed.
- Ability to achieve goals set forth by management.
- Attends work consistently and punctually.
Requests time off per policy.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
