Qualifications- Advanced students in Accounting, Administration, Economy, or similar Degrees.
- Previous experience between 1-3 years in a similar positions.- Intermediate or Advanced English (oral and written).- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proactive and organized personality.- Handling of confidential informationResponsabilities of the role:- Payment to suppliers (various services, correspondents, internal payments)- Payment of taxes and services- Issuance and validation of Invoices - Sending Invoices to clients - Triple control of Expenses (ADM, Accountants & Global)- Management of expenses and office supplies- Communication with customers- Bank control and validation of deposit of funds- Constant contact with accountantsDiversity At BARBUSS we welcome diversity no matter their race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or any kind of difference.
