Accounting Analyst & Customer Service

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:- Communicating with clients and/or suppliers in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner.- Managing and controlling files in an organized and secure manner.- Performing various bank and customer service errands accurately and punctually.
**Specific Knowledge / Skills**- ** **Bilingual English and Spanish; required**:- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Administration- Minimum of 1 year experience in accounting.- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service.- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office environment, with evident ability to multitask and handle multiple tasks.- Effective and respectful communication.- Ability to work as part of a team.- Punctuality.- Confidentiality in handling sensitive information.- Ability to work independently with remote supervision
