**British American Tobacco** **México **has an exciting opportunity for a **Accounting Analyst **in **Monterrey**
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Monitoring national billing operation and properly reporting to fiscal authorities stamping in sales and payments.
- Tax reconciliation with CFDI stamping a monthly basis.
- Support to Trade Marketing Distribution team ad-hoc requirements and work closely with GBS team to guarantee the reconciliation of payments in sales representatives.
- Tracking incidents in the CFDI process within our systems and be responsible for cash accounts reconciliation in sales representatives.
- Work closely with treasury team to track missing payments or deposits.
- Support TMD in customers master data requirement and improve role's processes and find ways to make the operation more efficient and practical.
**What are we looking for?**
- Graduate in finance, economics, or accounting.
- At least 1 year of experience with CFDI stamping in sales and payments.
- Fluent English (Advanced).
- Excel (advanced). Experience with SAP and/ or Power BI (Desirable).
- Capable to understand and analyse impacts of business decisions on financial results. Also, have strong analytical and numerical skills.
