**Your role at Baxter**:
Responsible for book-keeping and accounting for Hillrom businesses to ensure accurate and on time financial reporting, by complying with the global requirements and fiscal regulations.

**What you'll be doing**
- Maintain Hillrom entities book-keeping and accounting up-to-date, including month, quarter and year end reporting of Global Companies within corporate policies and deadlines.
- Professionally interact with Hillrom staff to understand and respond to any reporting requirements, issues/queries.
- Professionally interact with Hillrom external/internal auditors by providing of sufficient documentation as required, to comply with different regulations.
- Cash flow management and analysis
- Could manage fixed assets accounting and controlling
- Review, standardization and optimization of processes (i.e. treasury, fixed assets, inventory)
- The preparation of financial reports as requested for various purposes
- May participate in various tax statistical reporting every month.
- May participate in the control and calculation of inventory accruals as excess and obsolete, low cost to market.
- Prepare account reconciliations, intercompany accounting reconciliations and payments.
- May participate in various tax statistical reporting every month
**What you'll bring**
- _ Bachelor's degree required - Accounting_
- Strong accounting knowledge within a multi-company environment. Experience over 3 years
- Previous experience in Audit desirable
- Experience in US-GAAP, IFRS will be an advantage
- Knowledge/experience of SAP, Oracle or similar financial systems in a multi-currency and multi-company environment
- **_ Bilingual:_**_ Oral and written communication in English _is a must for this position._
