That means you can be proud of our work and the value we provide to people every day.As a large, multinational organization, you have the opportunity to expand your knowledge through collaboration with a variety of individuals, exposure to different facets of our portfolio, and a supportive leadership team that encourages ongoing development**What you'll be doing**- Maintain Hillrom entities book-keeping and accounting up-to-date, including month, quarter and year end reporting of Global Companies within corporate policies and deadlines.- Professionally interact with Hillrom staff to understand and respond to any reporting requirements, issues/queries.- Professionally interact with Hillrom external/internal auditors by providing of sufficient documentation as required, to comply with different regulations.- Cash flow management and analysis- Could manage fixed assets accounting and controlling- Review, standardization and optimization of processes (i.E. treasury, fixed assets, inventory)- The preparation of financial reports as requested for various purposes- May participate in various tax statistical reporting every month.- May participate in the control and calculation of inventory accruals as excess and obsolete, low cost to market.- Prepare account reconciliations, intercompany accounting reconciliations and payments
