And it's our people, not algorithms, that cares to help our clients make better informed decisions.We are innovative, agile, and inspired by data - and we are looking for people that share those values to join our mission to build stronger businesses!Join the data-revolution!The role:- Prepares general ledger account reconciliations and account balance fluctuation analysis.- Prepares intercompany reconciliations.- Prepares bank reconciliations.- Support with banks relationship and cash management.- Prepare the cash flow forecast report on weekly bases.- Prepare the Company's GAAP and Statutory Financial Statements and External Reports- Fixed Asset and leasing accounting management- Execute internal controls and maintain related documentation for external reporting.- Assists in the preparation of external and internal reporting documents which include but not limited the end of month, quarterly and annual close process.- Prepare and provide timely and accurately to 3rd party advisors, the information related to tax calculations on monthly, quarterly, and annual bases in accordance with tax regulations.- Assist with any tax issue and tax authority's revisions.- Assist with the independent auditor's review of the financial statements and tie-out support.- Present financial reports and estimates to decision makers within the organization.- Pro-actively identify issues and offer solutions.- Participate in special projects as needed.What we are looking for:- Bachelor's degree in accounting.- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience- Intermediate knowledge of accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.- Intermediate knowledge of Excel- Strong time management, communications, presentation, and organizational skills.- Ability to identify and resolve general problems.- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports.- Ability to interact with internal and external peers.- Detail oriented.- Mexican TAX and PAYROLL experience are a nice to have.- SAP experience is a Plus.What we offer:- Positive and encouraging work environment.- Dynamic company where you can grow as far as your vision and curiosity leads you.- Base salary and benefits package.- Hybrid work scheme: 2 days Home Office / Office: Santa Fe
