**What Your Impact Will Be**:
- Source to Pay (COUPA) tool trainings to Mattel suppliers and users.
- Preparation, control and follow-up of accounting provisions.
- Analysis of accounts in Blackline.
- Other accounting records to comply with MEXGAAP and USGAAP regarding liabilities and reserves.
- Review of payment proposals to suppliers according to Mattel's calendar.
- Follow up with internal customers on payments/status to their suppliers.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Networking
- Communication with impact
- Basic accounting and tax knowledge.
- Understanding of the structure of a CFDI
- Which taxes are applicable for suppliers (ISR, VAT and withholdings).
- Excellent handling of accruals and journal entries (not complex).
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable
- Advanced english
- Advanced excel
- Knowledge in COUPA, Oracle
