.**_Job Summary_**Perform and support the monthly closing process, prepare Balance sheet Reconciliations BSR (Bank, Intercompany, Income, Payroll, AR intercompany, etc), Invoicing for services render, Cash aplication, Bank transactions recording and reconciliation,creation of accounts payables for some services, Payroll journal entries related, etc.**_Job Responsibilities_**- General accounting procedures and perform the monthly closing process for Sites.- Electronic Accounting. Perform JE in time and form.- Ensure all foreign invoices are process in daily basis including all requirements to be paid on time.- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations every month for different balance accounts.- Register and analysis for Hedges on a monthly basis.- Perform GRNI Reconciliation and follow open items.- Ensure the accuracy for taxes recorded, mainly VAT.- Generate on a monthly basis the complement of payment for all invoices collected to comply with tax requirements.- Treasury, ICA & ZBA. Ensure correct recording and Reconciliation.- Prepare the accruals for beneffits such as EPS, Estate Tax and Insurances.- Perform and track transactions / payments for utility bills and suppliers including intercompany transactions.- Resolution of On hold invoices working with SCM department (Buyers / planners).- Support and/or lead department activities related to process improvements and standard work.- Maintain an atmosphere of teamwork and continuous improvement to achieve departmental and GFSS goals. Support site, functional or corporate initiatives.- Collaborate with the Internal Control Audit and Statutory Audits for the sites and activities under the scope.- Other activities assigned by supervisor or special requirements from management or company.- Maintain safe, clean working environment in compliance with all Eaton safety standards, Life Saving Rules, and daily 5S+ requirements to help build a Zero Incident CultureLI-SL4**Qualifications**:**_ Qualifications_**- Education level required:_- Bachelor degree necessary.- Years and area of experience required: _- 2 - 4 years of experience in finance/ accounting and auditing within within a Big 4 Firm as Senior Auditor or accountan analyst in a multinational company.- Technical knowledge:_- Knowledge with ERP and other systems, such as Plex ERP, Oracle, etc.- Communication skills and teamwork capacity- Knowledge of US GAAP and SOX and tax regulation- Ability to operate and deliver without day-to-day supervision.- Soft skills:_- Intellectual rigor and curiosity- Problem-solving capability- Solid communication and relationship building- English speaking proficiency- Strong Interpersonal Skills to communicate with ManagementWhat you will get from usEaton's mission is to improve the quality of life and the environment through the use of power management technologies and services
