**Job Summary**:The Accounting Analyst is responsible for performing paraprofessional transactional accounting responsibilities in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Responsibilities include maintenance of appropriate accounts, ledgers, journals, schedules, registers, and other financial records, reconciliation of various financial statements and documents, processing of various transactions for payment of invoices, and the preparation of routine or stand and reports concerning financial operations and data.**Job contributions and key responsibilities**:- Notes & Cash Accounting_- Reconcile general & payroll bank accounts within Blackline accounting software- Record journal entries as required related to cash and bank reconciliation items in Oracle- Prepare month end notes receivable/payable reconciliations- Create/modify loan amortization schedules as needed- Prepare monthly line of credit and related note interest accrual schedules and journal entries- Download bank and/or credit statements- Work with Payroll & Accounts Payable teams to resolve any outstanding items on bank reconciliations- General Accounting_- Reconcile and bill intercompany account payable reconciliation and perform any follow as needed- Prepare and distribute international and third-party billing on a monthly basis- Prepare monthly payroll liability reconciliation for all operating companies- Prepare journal entries for benefits reclassification- Ensure that all financial records are accurate and complete- Other Duties_- Assist in preparing annual escheatment reports and payments to the State of California- Assist in the preparation of weekly intercompany ACH/wire coding and related journal entries- Assist in weekly payroll to general ledger and projects push within Oracle ERP- Prepare journal entries as assigned for the monthly/year-end close.**Knowledge**:- Understanding of GAAP- Proficient at using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook & Teams) and Hyperion Essbase- Experience with accounting reconciliation & task management software such as Blackline a plus but not required**Skills**:- Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical and sound judgement skills- Strong analytical skills- Capable of working independently while remaining a team player- High level of organizational and time management skills and be detailed oriented**Education Level**:Bachelor's Degree, Finance or Accounting**Years of experience**:- 2-3 years of accounting and bank reconciliation experience**Languages**:- English / Ingles - Fluent- Spanish / Español - Fluent**Necessary Software**:- MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)- Electronic Banking- OracleTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de vida- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono anual
