**About the Job**Foxconn is currently seeking an Accounting Analyst to join our team in our Chihuahua, MX site.
The Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis, contributing to informed decision-making and the overall financial health of the organization.
**Location: Juarez, Chihuahua****Responsibilities**:- Conduct P&L closing and meticulous reconciliation processes to ensure accurate financial data representation.- Generate comprehensive financial reports within the business unit framework, catering to the central Household division.- Execute PBU report generation, conducting cost analyses to facilitate informed decision-making.- Skillfully coordinate month-end activities, fostering seamless collaboration across teams.- Provide expert insights into execution strategies, enhancing overall cost efficiency.- Oversee and manage various tasks related to month-end activities, ensuring their smooth and timely completion.
**Education and Experience**- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a relevant field.- 2 years+ of proven experience as an accountant or financial analyst in a corporate or manufacturing environment.- Detail-oriented and able to multitask, with the ability to clearly communicate with all levels of staff and departments daily.- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.- Bilingual in Mandarin is desired.- Aptitude to succeed in a deadline-oriented environment
