**What you will do?
Job Scope & Purpose**
The commission's Account Analyst I is responsible to provide accurate and timely Commission compensation processing and payments.
Proactively assure the best customer service possible.
Establishing and ensuring adherence to compensation plans and serve as a key point of contact for compensation issues and payment disputes for eligible Employees.
Providing information and support for business decision making and exception process.
Prepare Ad-hoc information for financial support.
**How you will do it?
Essential Job Responsibilities**
- Enter manual adjustments for the calculation of commissions of the sales representatives.
- Audit and analyze the reports of the employees to explain the reason of the adjustments.
- Analyze the details of invoices, projects, and contracts to assign the corresponding credit to the sales representatives.
Explain and communicate the compensation plans to the managers and sales representatives.
- Calculate the weekly commissions regarding the projects sold by employee.
- Create monthly and quarterly KPIs to determine the highlights regarding disputes and explain them to the team.
- Calculate commission exceptions outside the system.
- Validate the commissions payouts, to send the accurate calculation to payroll.
**What we look for?
Position Requirements**
- Excel advanced.
- Fluent in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics.
- Two or more years of previous experience in payroll, compensation, total rewards, commissions, finance.
- Customers focus oriented.
- Detail oriented and ability to handle robust data information.
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work within diverse organizations and teams.
- Strong written and oral communications skills.
- Strong analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to communicate with seasoned management.
- Must be organized, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
