The Community Development Manager provides full leadership and supervisory responsibility. Provides operational/service leadership and direction to team(s). Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge through provision of value-added perspectives or advisory services. May contribute to the development of new techniques, models and plans within area of expertise. Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are required. Generally has responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness of end results and shared responsibility for planning and budgets. Work affects an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family. Full supervisory responsibility, ensuring motivation and development of team through professional leadership to include duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary and terminations as well as direction of daily tasks and responsibilities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate the development of content and training strategies that allow the continuous updating and consolidation of the educational offer through the promotion of the financial and economic culture between the different segments of the population.
- Coordinate the design and implementation of the educational strategies of the area for the promotion of the financial and economic culture.
- Coordinate the detection of needs, the design and implementation, as well as the social and educational approach to update and innovate the educational offer, according to the different segments of the population.
- Design and actuate the strategies and methodologies of classroom training, direct and in cascade to ensure the development of financial and economic skills in children, young people and adults, business people, entrepreneurs and organizations of civil society, in favor of their welfare.
- Design and/or validation of the content for materials, training and channels of knowledge offers to contribute to personal welfare, family and community.
- Design and consolidate models of intervention toward: children, young people, adults, entrepreneurs and business, collaborators and clients
**Qualifications**:
- Min 3-5 years of relevant experience
**Education**:
- Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience in accounting, finance, or taxation

**Experience in**:
- Recording of accounting operations (desirable in non-profit associations), in accordance with accounting standards (NIFs) and prepare the financial statements (variations analysis), as well as to prepare presentations to different instances and financial committees about finance situation.
- Tax calculation and payment, as well as and other principal tax obligations (SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISN, ISR, etc., safeguarding tax compliance.
- Attending and coordinate of different financial an operative audits (internal and external) and internal controls.
- Budget controlling, managing the planning and execution of projects and operating expenses, tracking spending, revenues, and adjustments necessary to mitigate deviations.

Se requiere que el Tax Manager tenga un enfoque contable, financiero, y fiscal del banco. Manejan dos fundaciones: Fomento Cultural y Fomento Social, estos pertenecen a un Vehiculo Legal distinto al banco porque son entes legales que persiguen un fin sin lucro. Algunos de los proyectos de Fomento Social son: los temas de ecología, emprendimiento, asistencia social, voluntariado, sustentabilidad, apoyo en desastres naturales. Algunos de los proyectos del Fomento Cultural son: Cultura, exposiciones, proyectos de calidad artística, arte popular, edición de libros.
**Tareas principales**:
En la parte fiscal, el regulador es el SAT, esta posicion es responsable de cuidar el cumplimiento de todo lo que requieren estas fundaciones ante el SAT Se trabaja muy de la mano con el área de Tesorería de los fomentos para la operación de recursos. Elaborar el plan financiero y el presupuesto que tienen las fundaciones. Llevar el control presupuestal de las áreas sociales del banco. Atención a auditorías internas y externas Generación de estados financieros
**Requisitos Indispensables**:
- Licenciatura terminada en contabilidad, titulado indispensable.
- Ingles intermedio - avanzado
- Mínimo 5 años de experiência en áreas de contabilidad e impuestos.
- Excel medio avanzado (tablas dinámicas, macros sencillas)
- Manejo de algún programa de registro contable: full suit, Oracle, contpack
