We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Accounting Assist Manager**
Principal Accountabilities:
- Administration and control of the billing process including issuance.
- Review of operations generated by HIE system and manual processes.
- Responsible for projects for process automation.
- Generation of daily, weekly, and monthly accounting information.
- Operational and accounting record of daily operations generated in the global trade area.
- Operational-accounting reconciliations.
- Analysis and generation of financial, accounting, and tax reports.
- Compliance with SOX as well as related accounting processes in the area.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics/Accounting or similar.
- Administrative and billing knowledge, accounting and tax knowledge, as well as applicable regulations.
- Preferably with work experience.
- English (intermediate/advanced).
- Excel (intermediate/advanced).
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft, GL, or any other accounting system.
- Teamwork and enthusiastic attitude.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing and evolving priorities.
