**Get to know our customer**:The company provides excellent HOA management services with effective communication, organized financial management, and responsive support to bring quality and efficient solutions for their special customers.We are looking for a Staff Accountant to support the following activities:- Monthly close activities (Accrual entries, publication of financial reports, financial notes, and variance analysis vs. budget)- Identifying billing, A/R, and A/P issues and resolving them with internal service groups- Forecasting cash flow and preparing a periodic funding analysis for developing communities- Annual community budget preparation with recommendations to the community manager and client Boards- Review and approval of vendor invoices and disbursement requests- Bank and investment account reconciliations for non-banking partner accounts- Cash management and consultation- Answering questions and providing information for external auditors and tax return preparers.- Serving as a financial liaison for community managers, community boards, and shared services team membersPortfolio of 40 to 45 associations**Work schedule**Monday to Friday: 9:00 - 18:00 MX CSTThis role is remote, and we only hire in Mexico for this position.
