**Accounting Assistant**

Hydrafacial is hiring an Accounting Assistant who will assist with basic accounting functions and data monitoring.
Our Accounting Assistant will report to our General Accountant and will assist with daily data entries and payroll.
**PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS**:

- Perform calculations and everything that involves preparing payroll.
- Carry out the timely calculation of the IMSS INFONAVIT fees.
- Perform timely calculation of bimonthly variables.
- Monitor the INFONAVIT employer portal, ensuring that there are no debts in the bimonthly period.
- Send the affiliate movements in IDSE while maintaining the reconciled records in SUA and payroll.
- Calculate settlements and settlements of employee leave of absences.
- Calculate and record the monthly payment card FONACOT.
- Control and register requests for checks for travel expenses.
- Control of request for payments to suppliers.
- Responsible for safeguarding and maintaining the inventory of assets when there are low employees.
- Responsible for maintaining a stocked inventory of stationery and supplies for the department.
- Perform the working paper for the DIOT declaration.
- Register accounting entries.
- Control and monitor accounts receivable and payable.
- Responsible for properly classifying accounting documents according to existing costs centers.
- Responsible for filing and controlling the various documents of the company.
- Participate in the identification of accounting risks and provide solutions in collaboration with manager.
- Participate in the generation of improvement action focused on prevention.
- Attend procedures before different government agencies.
- Supports the various cross functional departments with any financial or accounting questions.
- Other activities as assigned by the manager.
**NECESSARY REQUIREMENTS**:

- 3 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in various accounting software programs.
- Expert in Microsoft Office and Outlook platforms.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work harmoniously amongst other specialists and professionals.
- Ability to shift roles immediately to adhere to changes in accounting controls.
- Strong cost systems background and strong analytical skills.
- Sound understanding of accounting principles.
- Advanced English
- Bachelor´s degree in Accounting or related.
Sueldo: $13,700 a $14,000 mensuales brutos
- Todas las prestaciones de ley y adicionales
- Plan de desarrollo y carrera en la empresa
- Trabajo de Lunes a Viernes, de 8:30 am -6 pm

Zona de Trabajo: Zona Centro, Ensenada BC


Salario Nominal: A convenir
