Accounting Assistant

**Responsibilities for Accounting Assistant**- Support duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions- Assist with preparation of customer statements as well as collection efforts to keep accounts current- Setup new accounts in billing system- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies- Prepare bank deposits- Enter financial transactions into internal software- Create various financial reports- Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed- Review and payroll documents- Collect employee expense receipts- Maintain confidentiality of all financial data**Qualifications for Accounting Assistant**- At minimum, a Degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Finance.- 1-3 years of relevant, hands-on accounting experience- Visa láser- Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Both English and Spanish)- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Ability to work independently on assigned duties- Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors- Organization skills- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential informationTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoHorario:- Turno matutinoPrestaciones:- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de puntualidadPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuenta con titulo y cédula?Educación:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- Contabilidad: 1 año (Deseable)- Excel: 3 años (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés 85% (Deseable)Licencia/Certificación:- visa laser vigente (Deseable)
