**ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT**Call Center Services InternationalAvenida Universidad 12965, Indeco Universidad, 22424, Avenida Universidad, Indeco UniversidadNeto semanal de $6,000 mxn net a to $7,500 mxn**Solo CV en Inglés.**- **Job Description**_- Maintains complete accounting records of transactions, daily cash reconciliations- Verifies and registers transactions either directly on the books or on internal registries- Payment Tracings with Great Plains and Oracle accounting software- Can prepare Daily Balances/Trial Balances report with assistance from Department Head- Providing support to the team on other accounting deliverables- Complies with the Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) of the Finances Department- **Requirements**_- Bilingual (English/Spanish speaking)- Bachelors in accounting- Detail oriented, effective communication and time management skills- Intermediate Excel skills (including Pivots, lookups, functions, etc.)- Knowing Macros in Excel is a plus- Knowing basic SQL is a plus- Experience with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles is a plus**Salary**: $6,000.00 - $7,500.00 per week**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: In person
