Descripción y detalle de las actividades

1. Entering financial data such as purchases, sales, payments, and accounts payable into the company's accounting books. 2. Comparing the company's records with bank statements to ensure balances match. 3. Creating simple financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets, using tools like Excel. 4. Assisting in the preparation and review of financial records at the end of the accounting period, correcting errors if necessary. 5. Reviewing accounting accounts to identify possible errors or discrepancies in financial records, including accounts payable. 6. Collaborating with other members of the accounting team to maintain the accuracy of financial information and solve problems. 7. Communicating any findings or issues clearly and promptly to the team and management.

Experiência y requisitos

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting roles. 3. Basic to intermediate knowledge of English. 4. Experience with TRESS system (desirable). 5. Proficiency in computer skills, especially Excel. 6. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. 7. Effective communication and teamwork skills. 8. Results-oriented with attention to detail. 9. Knowledge of accounting and tax regulations.
