Responsibr customer accounts balances and Maintenance under AR-defined KPIs. Answering customer questions, providing information, releasing orders, and addressing complainom customers and the internal team. Compiling, maintaining, and updatingcompany records. General bookkeeping tasks related to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. Support on come clerical activities related to vendor-s paymenllow up on pending transactions to be posted in AR and AP. Other activities related to the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable áreas.
