**S**u**p**e**rv**is**o**r**y R**e**s**p**o**ns**i**b**ili**t**i**e**s**:- As a part of the supervisory responsibilities, if there is not an employee to attend the process, the direct boss will have to attend the process or assign the activities to another employee (with equal qualifications).
**Responsibilities**:- Month end activities on time.- Internal and External follow up on time.- Paper files.- "0" Credit holds.- Supplier contact and attention.- Toolcrib Conection.- Toolcrib Invoices control.- Invoices Revision.- Posting Invoices.- Payments revision for domestic and foreign.- Procedures finished based on BMS requirements.- A3 / Problem Solving / Closed Problem Solving.- Another activities assigned by Sr. Accounts Payable Accountant.
