Other duties may be assigned:Auditing entries previously entered into the system (CargoWise), such as verifying the billing codes and charges entered.Verifying statements received from vendors.Negotiating with vendors for a discount/trade credit (Early payment discount) on invoices.Making Automatic Clearance House payments.Making Domestic versus International wire transfers.Must have the ability to communicate with other departments on any disputed invoices.QualificationsAdvanced English Level (experience in global companies is a plus)Intermediate-advanced Excel level (Formulas, accurate data entry, v-lookups)Accounting MajorAbility to pay attention to details while working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to create, maintain, and develop professional relations with vendors.ContpaqPerks & Benefits of OEC GroupLaw benefitsAfter successfully completing a standard 90-day probationary period the employee is provided with the following benefits package.
