About the Position Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned: • Auditing entries previously entered into the system (CargoWise). Such as verifying the billing codes and charges entered.
• Verifying statements received from vendors.
• Negotiating with vendors for a discount/ trade credit (Early payment discount) on invoices.
• Making Automatic Clearance House payments.
• Making Domestic versus International wire transfers.
• Must have the ability to communicate with other departments on any disputed invoices.
