**Responsibilities**:- Maintain assigned customers' accounts. Contact customers with notice of past due invoices etc.- Process invoices/statements and various reports on a daily basis and upon customers request.- Support internal departments with accounting related reports or customers account information.- Issue customers refunds and credits. Reconcile accounts for balancing.- Administer new sales and set up new customer accounts.- Ensuring accurate accounting records and reporting discrepancies on a timely manner. Investigate account problems and notify customers of discrepancies.- Strong accounting and critical problem solving skills. Assist with administrative task.- 3 to 5 years accounting work experience.Pay: From $17,000.00 per month**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: Remote
