.**PRIMARY FUNCTION**Support Bussmann Accounting with Ship and Debit Claims.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**- Review daily Ship and Debit report- Review and modify customer excel upload file for claims to be load into SAP- Upload, match customer claims to Claims entered by Division Audit Team.- Create chargebacks for short pay to customers- Assist with resolutions of deduction disputes with internal and external customers regarding charge backs and Ship and Debit Claims- Pull invoice copies, chargeback details and to respond to customer request.- Perform other duties as required**Qualifications**:**SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE**- Able to communicate in English- SAP knowledge is helpful- Knowledge of basic accounting functions- Ability to interact with individuals from all levels of the organization- Proficient at Excel**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**- Execute with a sense of urgency- Follow up process, holding self and other accountable- Include creative thinking, thinking outside the box- Deliver results- Inspire others by demonstrating a passion for the businessThe minimum requirements for this position are a high school diploma or equivalent..
