Accounting Clerk

Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Accounting Clerk.**What you'll do**:**PRIMARY FUNCTION**Support Bussmann Accounting with Ship and Debit Claims**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**- Review daily Ship and Debti report- Review and modify customer excel upload file for claims to be load into SAP- Upload, match customer claims to Claims entered by Division Audit Team.- Create chargebacks for short pay to customers- Assist with rsolutions of deduction disputes with internal and external customers regarding charge backs and Ship and Debit Claims- Pull invoice copies, chargeback details and to respond to customer request.- Perform other duties as required**Qualifications**:**SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE**Able to communicate in EnglishSAP knowledge is helpfulKnowledge of basic accounting functionsAbility to interact with individuals from all levels of the organizationProficient at Excel**Skills**:**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**Execute with a sense of urgencyFollow up process, holding self and other accountableInclude creative thinking, thinking outside the boxDeliver resultsInspire others by demonstrating a passion for the businessThe minimum requirements for this position are a high school diploma or equivalent..
