**PRIMARY FUNCTION**
Support Bussmann Accounting with Ship and Debit Claims.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
- Review daily Ship and Debit report
- Review and modify customer excel upload file for claims to be load into SAP
- Upload, match customer claims to Claims entered by Division Audit Team.
- Create chargebacks for short pay to customers
- Assist with resolutions of deduction disputes with internal and external customers regarding charge backs and Ship and Debit Claims
- Pull invoice copies, chargeback details and to respond to customer request.
- Perform other duties as required
**Qualifications**:
**SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE**
- Able to communicate in English
- SAP knowledge is helpful
- Knowledge of basic accounting functions
- Ability to interact with individuals from all levels of the organization
- Proficient at Excel

The minimum requirements for this position are a high school diploma or equivalent..
Experience in Excel, Word Processing and related computing skills
