You will be part of the project team that is charged with template development, implementation & continuous improvement for our transformation into SAP S/4 HANA ERP.What you can look forward to as a Digital Transformation Agent:Driving the implementation of all project related design activities within region Americas with specific legal or local requirements in the area of AccountingIdentifying gaps between existing Accounting functionalities of the ZF ERP Template and requirements of a specific ZF site and creating ideas how to close themProviding input to the Process Management Organization and the SAP Build and Configuration team regarding deviations from standard processesTaking on the role of a Process Expert in Accounting (Define & adjust standard Process for the ERP-Template)Taking on the role of a sub-project manager for the relevant process domain in order to actively ensure the defined (sub)project goalsTraining Key-Users at the ZF siteConducting test preparation and execution with the Key-Users at the siteGuiding Key-Users in data cleansing, mapping, enriching and validation tasksEnsuring proper business execution after GoLive of SAP ERP templateActing as primary contact for Key-Users regarding project related questionsYour Profile:Extensive process experience in the area of AccountingGood functional SAP experience in Accounting incl. the interdependencies between processes and their related SAP modulesSolid experience in large SAP programs and projectsKnowledge of specific, legal or local Accounting process requirementsAble to analyze and solve issues with a solution-oriented approachEmpathic and cultural open to work with Key-Users and project members from different countriesResilient and able to work under pressure to reach project goalsWillingness to travel to different ZF sites within the region and worldwideFluent English language skillsWhy should you choose ZF?Competitive compensation and benefits offerings
