This represents an opportunity for you to grow, work on impactful projects and be part of our shared vision.**What You'll Own**- Bank reconciliations.- Prepare and post accruals and journal entries. Maintain accounting records up to date.- General ledger accounts according to the company accounting policies.- Analyze and reconcile balance sheet accounts.- Reviewing Accounts Payables/Receivables.- Track expenses and customers' payments.- Prepare payments for contractors/providers.- Assists with the invoicing.- Analyze key financial data.- Analyze accounting data to identify any discrepancy.- Provide support during month end closing and reporting.- Prepare and examine financial statements.- Assist with monthly and annual financial statements.- Assist with maintaining internal controls according to the company policies.- MX payroll calculations, severance, Christmas bonus, overtime, reimbursements, mortgage. Including stamping and sending paystubs.- IMSS and Infonavit payments.- Assist with tax calculations and filing.- Assist with the assets control.- Support cross functional departments.- Ensure all deadlines and schedules are met on time in accordance with the company processes and procedures.**This is a fit for you if**- Degree in Accounting or Finance.- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in the similar position.- Strong communication skills in both English/Spanish.- Knowledge in General Ledger, mapping chart of accounts.- Excellent attitude with a great desire to grow and support multicultural cross functional teams.- Basic knowledge of IFRS and MX GAAP.- Knowledge of the Mexican Tax Regulations (SAT, IMSS, LTF among others)- Ability in the Microsoft office, especially advanced Excel.- Highly motivated, self starter, able to handle multiple tasks.- Quick learner and proactive.- Strong analytical and excellent communication skills.- Strive for continuous improvement.- Strong team player.- Ability to deal with complex issues.- Detail oriented and organized.- Ability to manipulate different SaaS.**Nice to have**:- Knowledge of Quickbooks.- Knowledge of Contpaqi.- Knowledge of Nomipaq.- Experience in the IT industry.**Our hiring process**First, you'll have a 30-minute interview with one of our Talent Acquisition Specialists
