Our scope is focused on the financial/accounting side of the operation.The Accounting Finance Manager will oversee a team of individual contributors who are responsible for maintaining and providing support of financial topics, including accounting, audits, financial reports and providing solutions to business units. In this role, leadership, knowledge, organization, and analytical skills will be key to success.What You'll Be Doing:Partner with different business units to deliver quality financial support for decision-making.Present reports regarding financial information.Prepare EBS for presentation with corporate stakeholders.Get involved with day-to-day financial operations, such as audits, taxes, payroll, and major accounting processes.Coaches and supports team, including responsibility for performance and meeting KPI's. Gets involved in supporting employee on career path.What We're Looking For:8 years of experience in a similar role; a 4-year degree is preferred.Advanced Excel skills are non-negotiable.Proven effective verbal and written communication skills (fluency in English is required; all applications must be submitted in English).Adaptability, people's skills, resourcefulness, problem solving, hands on.4-5 years proven leadership experience with direct reports.Proficiency with Oracle or SAP ERP.Hyperion program is desirable.Knowledge on USGAAP desirable.Work Arrangement:Hybrid, 3 days at the office, 2 days' work-from-home.What's In It For You:At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
