Accounting Intern - Part Time

**¡¡We are hiring an ACCOUNTING INTERN - PART TIME!!!!**

INTUGO works in partnership with a company that provides accounting/bookkeeping, payroll, tax and financial help to small to medium businesses in various fields in the United States, and they´re looking for an accounting intern to join the team.

**Requirements**:

- Data entry knowledge
- Studies or career in administration, accounting or similar.
- Medium level of English
- Knowledge of Google Suite.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial records.
- Help prepare monthly financial reports and summaries.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary financial information and documentation.
- Follow up with clients as needed to ensure timely receipt of required information.
- Assist in preparing tax returns using information provided by clients.
- Support the payroll process. Help with maintaining payroll records and filing necessary payroll reports.

**Offer**:

- Only 4 Hours per day - Monday to Friday (20 hrs per week)
- $6,800 after tax per month (weekly net $1,700)
- $1000 food stamps
- 30 days christmas bonus

**Shift**:
On site in Zapopan Jalisco, Near Plaza del Sol
