**ELECTROLUX REFRIGERADORES****Solicita**:**Accounting -Internal Controls Clerk****Descripción y Requisitos****ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**As an Internal Control Specialist, you will be monitoring internal controls as part of Group's internal control program known as the Electrolux Control System (ECS). You will cooperate with several stakeholders across Business Area North America**KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**- Conducting management testing and quality check for internal controls over financial processes- Executes test of design and operating effectiveness testing- Evaluates accounting documentation, reports, data etc. and determine compliance with policies and procedures- Preparing and presenting reports that reflect the testing results and conduct the follow up to monitor implementation of agreed management remediation actions- Working with external consultants to ensure we meet testing deadlines- Interacting with various teams across BA North America to ensure documentation is compliant with Internal Controls across all testing areas: Procure to Pay, Managing Inventory, Order to Cash, Closing Routine, and Fixed Assets**COMPETENCIES & SKILLS**- Bilingual - English and Spanish- Proficiency in Excel - Work with basic formula's, functions, data, and ranges- Analytical - You are able to identify key data sources and utilize data-driven insights to define conclusions.- Data Collection and Judgment - You are able to work with large amounts of data, distinguish facts from opinions and interpretations.**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**- Bachelor's degree (Accounting or Finance)- Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance & Accounting (preferably AP or GL) with a good understanding of accounting concepts, accounts bookkeeping, financial analysis, and cost accounting- Previous experience preferred- Bilingual 100% (speaking and reading)Puesto: Contabilidad**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
