**The Role**
We are looking for an **Accounting Jr. Manager Financial Services **to be part of this amazing and fast - growing Fintech who will support all aspects of accounting and financial analysis based on USGAAP and Mexican GAAP policies, external and internal audits, and implementation of financial controls for financial services segments business. He / She will be responsible for providing analytical support to the Financial Controller and other areas of Clip that may require analytical skillset, as well as supporting data requests from external auditors and investors.
**What **will I be doing?**
- Implement accounting policies for the financial services business unit.
- Work closely with areas to generate procedures and define reports to ensure accounting records.
- Monitor and improve established controls.
- Elaboration and analysis of financial statements from business segment internal and external audit with footnotes.
- Responsible for the reporting to CNBV.
- Processing investor information requests and managing data room content.
- Supporting all internal and external financial and risk management audits
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or similar
- +8 years General Mex GAAP and US GAAP Accounting, Audit and Reporting.
- 5 of proven experience working in Financial Services companies.
- Experience working with accounting policies and procedures from loans and financial services.
- Knowledge of analyzing balance sheets and P&L.
- Internal and External Audit experience
- Reporting to external entities (SAT, CNBV)
- Experience in Netsuite or other ERP (SAP, Oracle).
- General understanding of SOX.
