Responsible to manage all activities of Manufacturing, Product Costing, Inventory, Sales Controlling & Accounting & External reports, on time and with high quality; monitoring the behavior of activities on a daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis, coordinate all activities under team responsibility.
Must have ability to analyze the information received and recorded and be able to work under pressure with precision, have an ability to work in extended times during the accounting closing process.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist to all meetings of transition & give status till go live
- Ensure activities to be transitioned successfully (Sales Controlling, ISC & AER)
- Be point of contact of activities to be transitioned
- Replicate standard procedures to new entities
- Be backup of Ops Leader & cover coordinator absences
- Train, document & ensure the knowledge transfer from seniors analysts to trainees
- Perform & Update new SOPs applicable to all activities transitioned
- Execute new SOX controls to client
- Support on special reports to Audit/Sox Controls & Governance Decks
- Approve invoices with a threshold defined
- Post special Journal entries
- Assist to Operational Calls
- Approve JE with a specific threshold
- Calculate VIC of employees
- Perform salary calculation/overtime in a weekly basis
- Lead Ton halls in a monthly basis
- Lead fun from home activities
- Attend all Ricolino entities requests
- Support to Ops Leader
- People management & Leadership
- Be backup of all Team members
- Perform KPIs, SLAs monthly
- Certify Direct Postings to Mexico entities
- Perform Sales cost statement
- Post Journals to her/his Team
- Assist & perform Audit evidences
- Perform Governance Decks monthly
- Be responsible of Sales Controlling activities, AER & some activities of ISC
**Qualifications**
- High school diploma
(Accounting/administration)
- 3rd year of Audit & Accountant university as
minimums
- 2 Yeas of Accounting Experience
SAP Knowledge
**Preferred qualifications**
- Knowledge of ISC, Sales Controlling & AER
experience of 3 year as minimum
- People management
- Work under pressure & extended shift in
YEC/Quarterly/Monthly close
- No CAP
- No LE in last Session C
- Green Belt certified
- Manager/supervision experience as minimum 2
years in Sales Controlling or R2R
