**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:- Team up with Plant Director, Finance Director (Headquarters) and the Leadership Team of the global product company to control financial area and provide financial analysis to meet financial and business objectives.- Coordinate along with the accounting team the financial closing process to elaborate precise financial statements, analyzing the results and report requirements of the functional area.- Manage Journal Entries, Imports/Sub-ledgers and Reconciliations of accounts unique to site/system- Perform Accrual prep, analysis, review and JE unique to site- Maintain/Own Accurate Site Financial Statements- Manage Site Controls/Compliance (CP&P knowledge & compliance, ICQ maintenance and manage site internal controls, Trade Compliance)- Provide financial leadership, development, and support to other departments on site, as well as lead, supervise, and train accounting staff (one Cost Accountant)- Responsible for financial Planning & Analysis (POR management & Forecasting/Financial analysis & exhibit completion)- Partner with GM and provide site guidance**Who You Are**:You create teamwork allowing others across the organization to achieve shared objectives.You delegate and distribute assignments and decisions appropriately.
