Accounting Manager

The Role

The Accounting Manager is responsible for leading a team to provide day to day General Accounting and period closing operations.
Responsible for month end activities

**Responsibilities**:
Manage and supervise activities such as period end close entries:
journal entries, intercompany accounting, ledger reconciliations

Prepare various month end reports for management review

Overview monthly/quarterly/ yearly book closure activities such as bank reconciliations, Ledger reconciliations, outstanding liabilities etc.
Identify probable hindrances to achieving SLA compliance and inform the manager in advance

Qualifications and

**Required Skills**:
Essential:
Bilingual Spanish and English (Oral and Written) - MUST

Accounting / Commerce / Finance/ Business Administration Graduate / Postgraduate

Certified Public Accountant is an added an added advantage

Above 8 years of experience

Ability to manage a team of 8- associates along with independent delivery

Technical Expertise of general accounting processes as per the applicable GAAP

Working knowledge of various ERPs

Desired:
Good analytical and communication skills

High energy, self-motivation with a high degree of accountability

Good Oral and written communications skills in English.
Knowledge of various tools used in general accounting process
