Today, we continue to lead because we have a world-class, diverse workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do.About the roleLeads team to support Commercial Fire Controllership activities, ensures results are in alignment with local and US GAAP, establishes and executes accounting and control objectives, oversees control activities and reporting, performs balance sheet analysis and analytics, and oversees third-party activities to include reconciliations and general manufacturing accounting. Manages inventory and capital assets to ensure correct financial reporting and engages in complex accounting activities to provide technical guidance and correct reporting requirements.Key Responsibilities:Support accounting and controls activities for Mexico manufacturing facility.Ensure accurate and timely consolidation of financial results, closing of financial statements and compliance activities.Confirm procedures and controls are in alignment with US GAAP reporting requirements and Corporate policies.Directs and reviews results with Finance Operations, provides analysis of balance sheet impacts for decision making.Manage and coach direct reports and support their growth and development through timely performance feedback and training.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other Business-related field with at least 7 years of experience in Cost Accounting/Manufacturing.Strong understanding of cost accounting and manufacturing activities.Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills in English.Proactive and self-initiating work style, requiring minimum oversight.Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and across organizational boundaries to reach consensus.Ability to solve challenging and often complex financial/accounting related issues.Ability to adapt quickly to changing business environment.Benefits:Have peace of mind and body with our health insurance.Drive forward your career through professional development opportunities.Our commitment to you:Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity, and passion of our employees.
