Contact Point 360 Inc., is not just somewhere to get a pay cheque but a place that you can call your work-home and thrive to your highest potential both professionally and personally.**Responsibilities**:- Payroll request- encode information in the accounting system (QUICKBOOKS)- bank reconciliation- Corporate closing reports- Invoice control chart- Payroll file review and disbursement- SSS and government remittances review and payment- Coordination with the external service provider or payroll supplier and HR for the Master File List- Internal audits- AP review- cashflow reports- Balance sheet reconciliation- accrual controls- Fixed assets control- make sure all finance processes are running correctly and on time- Skillsets- Extensive knowledge in financial accounting- Understand the business model- Be a leader and have a long-term vision.- Be a discreet person with ethical values- Know the local financial regulations- Punctual, Honest, responsible, multitasking- Advanced excel- Great English - Spanish- US CPA- Work Experience ( Min)- Minimum 3 years of experience with accounting and payroll processes- Experience with local government platforms- Experience handling money- Quickbooks experience- Experience in audit processes**Compensation**:- Salary $40,000 - $50,000 MXN- Major medical expenses- Life insurance- Pantry vouchersTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensa
