If you have a strong background in accounting, leadership skills, and the ability to drive results, we want to hear from you!**Responsibilities**:- **Adherence to Accounting Practices**: Interpret and adhere to general accounting practices and procedures.- **Team Management**:Lead and manage a small team, prioritize projects, assign and review work, evaluate staff performance, and provide career guidance and training direction.- **Technical Guidance**: Provide technical expertise to the current team and motivate them to achieve individual and team goals.- **Communication and Expectation Management**:Effectively communicate with upper management, direct reports, and internal/external business partners. Understand and manage customer requirements and expectations.- **Goal Identification**:Identify and communicate team goals and objectives.
